  2. join us! join us! If you look carefully, you'll find Urofpersia and baobei in one of the photos too!

I scouted quite a few instructors before finding ours. He is much better than the average taiji instructor (so far as I can tell at least). This teacher is the same one who is teaching SM Goh CK and the other ministers.

  3. Why don't the students wear samfoos or something of that sort? :P

  4. Good point. Many other classes, the teacher and some of the students wear shiny, silky "kungfu" samfu. Too tacky if you asked me. Normal cotton perhaps may be acceptable but not shiny shimmery clothes that cling to your every curve (or distinct lack of).

Not this class though. People just wear tees and trackpants (except me of course. I'm almost always in work attire. :P) Maybe one day I'll pick up enough courage to come in changpao....

  21. clementi. a RC. reckons its for beginners, so start here at a convenience place first. when we are better at it, then can go to some hills and mountains and reservoirs to inhale some free fresh air and get the qi running.
good for our mind and soul and body.
