ah.. really ah... I thought I put it... yes. I did... let me check it...wait sorreee... I actually have pics of the boat... but dare not pin up the pics of the girls... I e-mail them... I think also e-mail you... dare not put it up.
umm.. ok, we met for lunch at Wisma... I suggested we go Page One, but then some kind souls said they need something from Plaza, so we went first to Plaza and then to Vivo City... We simply ate along the way..
and before we headed home, we again makan at Toast Box for peanut butter toast and otak toast with soft boiled eggs and kopi / teh - wow simply heaven!
Hmm, most of the aforementioned have hit and passed the Big 3... you don't see them slowing down... :) I think when it comes to eating moderation is the key and a certain amount of balance. No point skipping meals then bingeing. You WILL put on weight. More importantly adequate exercise both aerobic and muscle toning will do more to ensure a healthy percentage of body fat.
