    I wonder how that tastes. Is it particularly fatty? Is it moist or dry? Are any organs still in there? 0_0

    The closest I came to trying exotic pork dishes in SG was organ soup (not quite my taste), and trotters (more like it, but too fatty).

  4. Quite lean actually. You basically eat the crispy pig skin dipped in sauce, with little if any meat underneath.

  14. Well, getting pork in restaurants here is kind of difficult in the first place. You can get it in the bigger supermarkets without any problems, but finding restaurants that serve it is rare, even if they're ethnic Chinese or Filipino restaurants. And this appears to be something that people from a culture comfortable with pork would serve mostly at home in an environment comfortable with pork, not something you'd find in an international high-star hotel restaurant (the ones that tend to have pork licences) in a predominantly Muslim country.
