    lol. We had round 2 just tonight. Made the batter less thick and it turned out much better.

    lol I donno. Still trying to find a better batter that won't stick so much to the mesh.

    Raja? Hmm... personally I prefer using Emas. Small and sweet. Goes well with a slightly salty batter.

    Ya actually me too. And raja is not easy to find. I'd say; When one suddenly feels like having pisang, any type of pisang will do! ^_^

    oh dear guys.. i just received an sms from my sis in law that she is moving house this sat.. she is a bit short handed so my entire family will be there to help.. strange if i am absent... the move will start in the late morning, and i foresee it may take the whole afternoon till evening..

    oh dear oh dear.. the gals are going to strangle me....

    I remember the taste of bananas in singapore... They were the very best bananas I ever ate and I like bananas with chocolate !!!
    Our bananas in supermarket are often imported from Ivory coast or from Guadeloupe, really not the same ! :)
