Anyone with a good pair of binoculars should be able to see a very rare red moon tonight. If you don't have a pair of binoculars, just use your Mark 1 eyeball to see. This is a fairly rare occurrence and shouldn't be missed. The eclipse of the moon is schedule to occur at about 7pm which will be too bright for people in our region to see, but we may still be able to see the red moon linger for awhile after that.
Hopefully the clouds will not be too thick and obscure the moon tonight.
Clear Skies!
umm after all the rain?
