Hi guys, another year and another invitation for a BBQ and mooncakes at my place. We'll have Sohan over again this year, taking a break from the dreary expanse of the Arabian desert to munch his way through kaya toasts and guzzle on local brewed kopi.
Who's coming?
18th September 2010
7:30pm
BBQ Pit (by the main club house - Dolphina)
ps. this should be the final mooncake gathering we'll be holding at Bayshore Park. Next year will be at a very different place so try and make this.
Thanks for the invite, need to check with my boss, @ wife.
ReplyDeleteThanks but I would have a long drive...or swim, One day I might surprise you and show up.
ReplyDeleteWill be there.
ReplyDeleteawesome.
ReplyDeleteSally has something on but if she can, she'll pop over late.
hey thanks for the invite.. will hop over if I can..
ReplyDelete;-)
Thanks for inviting....will drop by if possible.
ReplyDeleteCrap ... I should have brought my hanfu.
ReplyDeletelol ok. I'll plan food for around 12-15 people then.
ReplyDeleteThe snowypups usually have dinner earlier, so don't worry about them.
ReplyDeleteok. I have lanterns for them to play but if they have their own favourites, do bring them. I have 2 classmates coming with their kids too so should be fun with the kids running around with lanterns.
ReplyDeleteDoubt I can make it, my grandmother's birthday is on the 18th. Family duty.
ReplyDeleteNo worries. See you another time then.
ReplyDeleteOh KM..I may not be able to make it after all, my parents are also expecting me to turn up her house this sat to admire moon 赏月 and I still owe her a box of moon cakes..
ReplyDeleteTake many pictures, especially your little bundle of joy.. is he a year old already? I lost count.. ;-p
XD! borrow from KM!
ReplyDeleteKM, so sorry...I forgot that it's a friend's birthday dinner today so I am not able to attend. Do take tons of pics, yes?
ReplyDelete:) ok!
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for hosting the party. My kids and I had fun.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome! Thanks for coming. Glad your kids had fun. There's something very magical about seeing kids with their lanterns, flickering candles throwing light and shadows onto thin coloured paper, swinging and swaying in the cherubic hands of a child.
ReplyDeleteIn other countries, I'd probably get arrested for letting my kids play with fire hazards ... :P
ReplyDeleteGreat BBQ. Thanks for organizing and hosting.
ReplyDeleteThankya'll fer comin'
ReplyDeleteSeeya 'gain same time next year!
Happy Mid Autumn Festival!
