    I did the myers-biggs test in my first job administered by professionals. I am strongly INTP. In fact I remembered my department head then jokingly wonder whether I am in the right industry (I was working in a bank then). The problem with the MB tests I have seen online so far is that their questions are too leading in the sense that folks tend to answer in a manner of how they see themselves which may differ how they truly are.

    I think INTP fits LJM, but I suspect his P/J is fairly balanced with a slight leaning towards P.

    I've only ever used the DISC method. I'm supposedly an 'I' person, which makes me well suited for my new role.
