This snipnet is part of the end segment to the show and was actually used to allow the audience to cheer the individual dancers as they came out one after another to strut their stuff. The "star" of the theatre is the old lady in green. Her flamenco movements.... are much more graceful...

ReplyDeletedon't be fooled. I found few women in northern Spain. Mostly masculine faces with female bodies. Southern Spain thankfully had more females.
ReplyDeleteThat dancer in white was the most decent looking of the lot but the poorest dancer.
The prettiest were the southerners with dark hair and mixed (arabic/asiatic) features.
I find the Spanish and Portuguese to be regular sized. I actually felt tall next to the men and women of Spain.
